2nd Meeting, Tenerife - Spain

At the end of February, we received our friends in other schools in Europe. Canarian families were hostes of students from Poland, Belgium, Finland and Turkey. These last ones we have the pleasure to meet for the first time. We've been working real hard so everything is really for them. They visited our school and Arona and were received by the town councilor and our headmaster.

There was also time to go to Teide and La Laguna:
On Thursday, we visited Prominsur, a firm located in Granadilla run by disabled students.
They were very friendly with us:

We also worked on our new website during our meetings. This is the result. Surf youself!  www.ttcot.eu

You can also see one of our interview about Tolerance in our school, just  follow the link: http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KKWWKGNP

On Friday,  we celebrated our first "Games for Tolerance". We made a special design for our T-shirts with all the logos students made for our logo competition:
All Comenius students from the five schools in our association, plus our disabled students in Los Cristianos, participated in the Games. It was a worth experience and they have a lot of fun. We give them no medals, but a special certificate for participating.

It was a really succesful meeting, and we're expecting forward to see all again!
